We do not accept the public's surrendered, stray, or abandoned animals because we save as many dogs as possible on Arizona's euthanasia lists. Our goal is to rescue dogs from the underserved and high-kill shelters in Southern Arizona. As a result, HOPE developed the Precious Time Dogs (PTD) program to help place these dogs in the care of qualified rescues and increase the number of lives saved.
